Hi, I’m Nancy. I am a researcher, writer, strategist, artist, and educator.

My career has taken me through higher education, learning and technology organizations, qualitative research, performance and dance, executive communications, and, more recently, to the evaluation of AI systems.

Across those settings, I keep returning to the same questions: How do people make sense of complexity? How do ideas shape decisions? What helps us think—and learn—well?

The pressure to move faster is everywhere. The need to think well hasn’t gone away.

My work spans learning, technology, organizations, and culture. I use research, writing, and strategy to make sense of what is changing, what matters, and what deserves a second look.
